1957 Born in Yamagata, Japan
1979 Graduated from the Tokyo College of Photography.
1982 Moved to Barcelona
1986 Began his collaboration with the Madrid-based architectural journal El Croquis, becoming their principal photographer.
1986 His photographs have been published in journals, books and catalogues dealing with architecture and design, both in Spain and internationally.
